AC+ English Mastery

English Mastery, a knowledge-rich, key stage three curriculum and teacher development programme delivered by Ark Curriculum Plus, has been selected for a two-year Education Endowment Foundation (EEF) efficacy trial.
The trial is being funded by the Department for Education’s (DfE) Accelerator Fund, which aims to support schools across the West Midlands, East Midlands and the Humber, and the North adopt research-informed practices to improve educational outcomes.

The leadership and governance at Ark Castledown Primary Academy have been hailed as "Outstanding" by Ofsted, following a two-day inspection.
The report said: "Leadership and governance at this school are exceptional... the clarity of vision, the training, and professional development provided both within the school and within the trust mean that all leaders are extremely well focused on the education provided by the school."

Raheem Sterling at Elvin

England and Manchester City star Raheem Sterling this week returned to Ark Elvin Academy, his former secondary school in Wembley in London, to launch his new Foundation.
The Raheem Sterling Foundation will focus its work on supporting young people in London, Manchester and Kingston, Jamaica, his birthplace. He was joined at the school by his mum, Nadine, and former coach, Clive Ellington, and unveiled the Foundation’s official plaque and charter at the school.

Remembrance day, 2021

Today, Ark’s 39 schools in Birmingham, Hastings, London, and Portsmouth honoured those who served to defend our democratic freedoms and way of life.
For Remembrance Day, also known as Armistice Day, each school held an assembly that included a two-minute silence to remember those who have died in wars around the world.
