That’s why for school staff we offer twice the number of training days as standard, alongside a comprehensive offering of high-quality professional learning opportunities and access to nationally-accredited qualifications available for staff across the network.

Wellbeing and support
We know that working in education can be tough, so we’re committed tosupporting you and your wellbeing, no matter the stage of your career; froma dedicated wellbeing module for our Early Career Teachers to support from external psychotherapists for our Principals.
We’re building a network of wellbeing champions and mental health firstaiders across our schools and are fostering partnerships with specialistorganisations to ensure every member of our community feels supported.
