London

One of the world’s oldest cities and the UK’s largest metropolis, London is home to 13 million residents. Our schools are spread across the city, serving communities in 13 boroughs from Enfield to Croydon.

As a member of staff at one of our 27 schools (10 primary, 12 secondary and 5 all-through schools) in London, you will work in a school that is every bit as diverse, vibrant and exciting as the city.

Many of our London schools work in local “clusters” supported by experienced Regional Directors, sharing best practices and resources, meaning that you’ll have a wealth of experience from talented staff to draw on.

Meet some of the Ark team in London…

I have loved every step of my journey at Ark from middle leader to Vice Principal. Being part of the network has provided me with a wealth of leadership development opportunities. The courses have been excellent, but it’s the people you meet and work with that provide the inspiration year on year!

Stephen O’Carroll Vice Principal, Ark Academy

Being a member of Team Elvin means that I’m part of a loving and hard-working community. It might sound cliché, but I feel great pride when I go to work every day. I work in a great environment surrounded by supportive colleagues. And most importantly, I meet and teach brilliant students every day!

Jermaine Aryeetey PE Teacher, Ark Elvin Academy

I love being part of the Ark Walworth family. I get immense satisfaction knowing that the work of my brilliant team contributes to great outcomes for our young people. Being part of the Ark network allows me to come together with other colleagues to provide support and share best practice.
