Katie Oliver

Katie was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Ark in September 2026. She joined Ark in 2006, shortly before the first Ark school opened, and has held a range of leadership roles across the organisation, including Operations Director, responsible for growing the schools network and central services. Most recently she established Ark Start – Ark’s growing group of successful nurseries. As CEO, she continues to oversee Ark Start, as well as Ark’s national curriculum and teacher training partnerships, the charity’s work through EdCity, and a range of innovation projects focused on tackling some of the biggest challenges facing education.
