Máire Sloman joined Ark as Chief People Officer in June 2024. Máire’s background encompasses extensive global experience across the technology, financial services and “Big 4” consultancy sectors. Prior to joining Ark, she spent 5 years at Colt Technology Services, where she was Deputy Chief People Officer. Máire has experience across a broad range of HR disciplines including Talent Management, Leadership Development, HR Operations & Technology, HR Business Partnering and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.
