Senior Science Technician

Excellent opportunity for an experienced and dedicated Science Technician who will play an active role in contributing to the high standards within the Academy, whilst also contributing and coordinating the use of resources and facilities within the Science Department.

Salary: Band 7 Point 14 actual pro rata salary £31,840 (Band Range 14 – 24)

Contact: Term Time Only 36 hrs per week 39 weeks per year

About the role:

We are seeking to appoint a confident Senior Science Technician to join a team of supportive, passionate and dedicated professionals.

This role is an essential part of the school’s success where you will be expected to assist students’ learning by managing practical lessons, which enhance student experience of science; provide guidance to teaching colleagues; supporting other Science Technicians and support the health and safety of the department.
