Hope and Homes for Children: Child Protection in Romania and Bulgaria

Hope and Homes for Children is an international charity that works to stop the institutionalisation of children. For more than 13 years, they worked in partnership with Ark to remove children from large scale institutions, reuniting them with their families or placing them in other kinds of family environment – changing the lives of more than 20,000 children in Romania and Bulgaria.
