Now Teach

Now Teach attracts, recruits and supports experienced professionals to retrain as teachers. They are addressing the systemic shortage of teachers by creating a network of later stage career changers who are retraining. Founded in 2016 and incubated by Ark until 2020, they have recruited over 850 career changers directly into the profession. They have also driven an indirect increase: over 40s are the only group where the numbers joining teaching are increasing.
